Gavin's Story

The Independent Gavin

 Gavin is a very sweet, easy going three year old who loves cars, balls, and being outside.  He likes to do everything himself and is very proud of his accomplishments. Gavin enjoys doing puzzles and playing with blocks, but mostly he loves following Dallin around doing whatever he is doing.  Gavin gives the best hugs and your heart melts when you hear his “I love yous.”

The Wild Ride of Gavin’s Adoption—Also an Act of Love

We still remember clearly the feelings and rush we felt when we got the call from an agency on a Thursday that Gavin was being born the next day and that the birth mom wanted to place him in our home.  We packed and left in a hurry to travel to a different state.  Gavin’s birthmom wanted us at the hospital so that we could get to know each other more and to get to know Gavin.  We spent two days with her and Gavin and loved it. She will always hold a special place in our hearts for placing our sweet little Gavin with us.
